Daily Group Personal Training: Once you finish your four private training sessions, you'll move into our group training program, ready to work hard and safely.
Build Healthy Habits and Skills: This challenge will also focus on integrating our three main healthy habits into living a healthy lifestyle so you can make a permanent transformation.
Maximum Accountability: A coach will check in with you via text weekly and you'll have 1-on-1 meetings with a coach to make sure we are moving forwards
A New Group of Gym Friends: That will support you and help you look forward to your workouts.

MWF is Strength focused, and TTH Sat is cardio-focused.

If it's been a while since you've exercised, don't worry we've got you covered. Starting with a personal trainer 1 on 1 will be your best way to go. We require everyone to start with at least 4 personal training sessions before they go into group training. Or, just go the 100% personal training route and get going right away!
In short, you'll feel like a new you! You'll have a new found energy and enjoyment for exercise, along with new healthy habits making you feel healthier, happier, fitter and stronger! After the 6 weeks, we will meet with you to discuss next steps. In short, yes. You can keep going! We have ongoing membership and nutrition coaching options and we will help find the best one for you!
You're not alone! We've worked/helped with 100's of local residents who have existing injuries. Personal training is the best place to start because we can pair you with a trainer who will work with you 1 on 1. This way 100% of their attention is on you and making sure your safety is #1!
Nope! Not in our program. It isn't needed to get the results you are looking for. Now, if you would like to, we can discuss this but it most definitely isn't required.
DIET is a 4 letter word here at BFP> In our nutrition coaching program that is a part of our 90 Day Transformation Program, you won't be asked to follow a diet. You'll meet with your private nutrition coach and decide, together, what specific habit you'll work on for the month. Once you decide, your coach will be there every step of the way to hold you accountable. It's like having a nutrition coach in your back pocket!
Our Nutrition Coaching Program is backed by Registered Dieticians through Healthy Steps Nutrition. It is a Habit Based Coaching program where we help you focus on one healthy habit at a time. This will be individual to each person coming into the program. You'll get an Initial 1 hour 15min meeting with your nutrition coach. Then you'll daily access to your coach within the Healthy Steps Nutrition App. Each month, you'll meet in person with your coach for 30mins. You'll discuss bright spots as well as next steps and what habit to work on next. You'll be getting education and resources to help you all along the way!
It depends. If group training is the route you decide to go, sessions are 60 minutes in length. We have group training at 5am, 6:10am, 8am, 9:10am, 1130am, 5pm, and 6:10pm. If you decide to go with Personal Training, those sessions are 45mins in length and that schedule can be tailored more specifically to your schedule.
Again, it depends. We can find a coach with a time available to meet with you when it works for you with personal training. If you go the group training route, we have sessions at 5am, 6:10am, 8am, 9:10am, 1130am, 5pm, and 6:10pm. The group schedule is wide open and you have access at any time any day! That way we can find a schedule that works for you!
Again, it depends. Generally, none. However if you aren't getting enough veggies or maybe not enough protein, we have an entire line of tasty and clean supplements at BFP that we can recommend. This would be a great conversation to have with your nutrition coach. More than likely, if we get you eating well, none are needed. They are more than likely helpful when you get super busy.
Of course. In fact, most of our folks start out like you. We actually require everyone who comes through our program to go through an Initial Coaching Session before they get started. That way, the Coach can prescribe the best program for you!
